A Truly Professional Handyman

We recently moved house and were very lucky to find Andy after an internet search.

As with any house move, we have many handyman jobs — some known, others developing even as I write this review — and Andy has been friendly, professional, and family-oriented in his response to our requests. We have had him help change our door locks, un-install and re-install security cameras and outdoor floodlights, uninstall and re-install child safety gates, help fix our Garage Door electronics [an ad hoc request which he easily accommodated], and place film over our kitchen door and basement windows. He is always very clear on his charges – which are very reasonable – and he does not waste any time, so as not to charge you more than the work requires.

A true professional. We very much look forward to contracting him for our future jobs.

Andy and his team did an amazing job on my backyard fence gate. It was exactly what I asked for. Andy was prompt, very polite and efficient. Always kept me up to date on progress and pricing. His pricing is more than fair with stellar quality. Thank you Andy !

When we contacted Andy about the shelves that needed to be adjusted in our walk in closet Andy was receptive and was upfront in his conversation regarding his availability and pricing.He was prompt, and arrived punctually with his partner/Rupa. Once they arrived I requested if they would also fasten toilet roll holders and the towel bars in our 3 washrooms firmly. They were ready to fix them all and also put up pictures on the walls.We are seniors and had contacted couple of other handymen upon recommendations from friends. We never got as positive a response as we got from Andy and Rupa.They we’re meticulous knowledgeable, courteous and focused.They took pride in their work and did not waste time at all not even for lunch.Once done they left the area much better than when they started. We highly recommend Andy and Rupa.They are skilled honest and hard working folks who take pride in their profession. It’s hard to find such professionals today.No job is too small for Andy and Company.Very friendly and pleasant folks.

Having Andy come to my condo to build my Murphy Bed and and install a chandelier was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’m absolutely thrilled with his work! I was impressed right off the bat, from our first communication. Andy was quick and responsive. He level set timing and pricing expectations and went above and beyond by asking for any installation instructions I may have ahead of time for his preview prior to his arrival (great prep work snd efficiency!).

Andy and his partner were punctual and absolutely delighted me with how quickly and efficiently they worked. I expected a 1-2 day job and they finished both within approx 4-5 hours. They were clean, careful, professional, friendly and mindful of breakables. They did a phenomenal job with clean-up after the fact. They were even willing to dispose of and/or recycle items to discard. They provided great advice based on their experience but also took the time to ask my opinions/thoughts before making decisions.

What stood out to me was the integrity and pride evident in their services, coupled with their reasonable pricing. I now find myself looking for more projects to find reasons to call them back (e.g. painting, re-do flooring etc)! They will be my go-to for all home Reno needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for the same. As I told them when they performed the work, they are truly ‘happy makers!’ A whole-hearted thank you, Andy and Rupa

One of the key thing in this line of business is punctuality which is severely lacking in other so called professionals but not with Andy.
His excellent communication, on and ahead of time finishing the job, updating your client and keeping communication open on a regular basis is what makes him stand apart and ofcourse good handy skills to get things done right at first go and all the time. This is what making me to stick to him for life for any kind of work I need to get done in my home. Keep up the good work Andy, Ricky and rest of the team.

Handy Andy and Ricky were always happy and ready to work. I love to see people come and get straight to work on the project at hand, and that’s exactly what they did. Their prices were beyond reasonable, they were very friendly, and always on time. Anytime I had a question they would take the time to explain things to me, I really appreciated that, their attitudes were always positive and willing to help. Definitely recommend them.

Tony was super helpful. I had a leak in my gutters which was causing a big issue on my wall. He took time to inspect, remove the gutters, install new ones and seal them after. Very impressed about his expertise, agility and more importantly work ethic and very fair price.

Tony (Andy) and his two sons came to my place today; on time and ready to work. They moved a futon out of my home and took it away. They then moved a large, leather couch from my basement to an office upstairs. This required a lot of muscle and finesse in getting it up two flights of stairs and into the office without damaging anything. They also moved two accent chairs to my basement and set the furniture in place. Tony also centred two of my toilets so that they were secure and then caulked them to ensure that they did not move. Tony’s price was very fair for the work that he and his sons did. They were all polite, friendly and respectful. I will certainly contact them again for future work. Thank you 🙏
